The Local General Store
We are Oahu born & raised butcher and baker working directly with local farmers to increase accessibility to local foods for our community. We source whole animals from local farmers and butcher it ourselves to increase access to local meats. We currently offer chicken, beef, pork, venison, and chicken from farmers across Oahu. We source our venison from Molokai. Our bakery side specializes in croissants and other pastries that always feature at least one locally grown ingredient.
