Just steps away from Waikiki on Oahu’s Magic Island in Ala Moana Beach Park, (the state’s largest), enjoy a beautiful island sunset while stretching your muscles to the vibes of our unique yoga flow, and giving back to those in our community in need.

We will donate your canned or well packaged, non-perishable food items to help feed the hungry people of Hawaii. Sadly, nearly 300,000 islanders depend on Hawaii’s Food Bank, nearly half of which are keiki (children), kupuna (elders), or makuahine hoʻokahi (single mothers), nearly all struggling to survive our escalating cost of living; or others include those affected by recent disasters.

Feel good for giving while feeling healthy for receiving & practicing yoga outdoors.
The people of Hawaii are one ohana. The Hawaii Foodbank provides food so that no one in our family goes hungry. With your support, we will fulfill our mission with integrity, humanity and aloha.

  1. Sunset Yoga for the Heart & Soul

I always dreamt of doing yoga on the beach while watching the sunset. The instructor, Julia, is so talented and has a talent for making you more relaxed than ever before. Donated cans of food goes to Hawaii Food Bank. Win win for everyone!

  2. AMAZING experience for all ages!

I LOVED this travel2change activity. I was worried the class would be hard to find since Ala Moana is such a big park, but once you take a look at the map above it’s easy to find! The location is a nice grassy area right by the water. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. The instructor was focused on relaxation and stretching, so it is totally yoga for all ages/levels. Synchronizing breaths with the friendly faces surrounding me that also came out with the intentions to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Hawaii was a uplifting and peaceful. Not to mention the sunset was spectacular! My favorite part was at the end of the session when the sun went down, candles were lit throughout the grass and we watched the stars come out in the night sky. Highly suggest signing up…and bring a friend! All you have to do is bring some non-perishable foods to donate 🙂

  3. Great job!

First time joining Jonathans class. He was easy to follow and I felt less stress and anxiety when I was done!

  4. Such a Relaxing Yoga Experience

My first time doing yoga was with travel2change through Yoga Love Mana!! I came with a couple of friends and we all thoroughly enjoyed the experience. This class, led by Jonathan, was easy to follow and great for both avid yogis and beginners alike. Magic Island provided the perfect backdrop of swaying palm trees, a warm setting sun, the cool breeze of being oceanside, and the soothing rhythmic sound of waves meeting the shore. All of this combined with yoga poses and stretches completely helped us unwind from a long day at work, and get back in tune with our minds and bodies. We felt so at peace, yet energized and focused after just one hour of yoga!! Will definitely be coming back for more sessions.

  5. Beautiful and Relaxing

Doing yoga at sunset was an amazing experience! I’m not a yogi and not too experienced but Yoga Love Mana gave an awesome vibe and taught the class well! Totally recommend this event!

  6. Amazing views

After a long stressful I was happy to come and do yoga. Viewing the beautiful sunset and the sky came after was definitely a one of a kind experience. A tip for any travelers, this is an AMAZING way to catch hawaii’s breathtaking sunset all while supporting a good cause. Jai Namaste ✌?

  7. Yoga for all skill levels!

Very fun event to attend! It was my first time trying out yoga and I gotta say it was a blast. Nothing quite beats the sound of the waves and the beautiful sunset in the background. I’ve been multiple times since then.

  8. An evening of serenity

Such an enjoyable, calming, and serene activity led by a very enjoyable, calming, and serene teacher!

  9. Sunset Yoga to Unwind and Reconnect

Jonathan is a wonderful Yoga Instructor. He had nice music playing, has a calm voice while taking us through the practice, and did great modifying poses for ease. The location is perfect for reconnecting to nature and a beautiful way to end the day. I would recommend this activity to anyone wanting to relax, meet positive people, re-connect with yourself and with nature, and support a good cause.
